MGE Completely Silent 600-Watt PSU

Modern desktop PC systems running Intel and AMD alike create more heat and noise then ever before - especially if you’re running dual-card SLI/Crossfire setups powered by overclocked dual-core CPUs.

The MGE XG Magnum is one of the first high-end power supplies (PSU) around to dissipate heat via a massive heat pipe system with a protruding copper radiator, instead of the usual large fan. The art deco-ish silver power supply also has its local ‘intelligence’ with a backside, backlit LCD display showing some useful information like the actual power used by the PC, the internal temperature etc.

This high-powered unit boasts a true 600-Watt and 500-Watt output along with a completely silent dB, combined with the most advanced airflow and cooling design ever developed - all housed in a 2mm thick anodized aluminium chassis.

The Intel ATX V2.01-approved MGE XG Magnum also offers an LCD display (temperature, wattage, and all three voltage lines), voltage activity lights, two PCI express power connections and 20 + 4 pin connector, external radiator to keep heat outside the system, and magnetically shielded UV modular cables.

The modular cable system should also help to keep your case tidy - every single cable has its own jack at the power supply, so you can just attach or remove the cables that you need need at a time. Unfortunately, only one 6-pin graphics card connector is there, so if using SLI or CrossFire, you need to take a converter for one of the disk drive power connectors to the 6-pin connector.

More details on the PSU can be found here.
