NEC-Mitsubishi 20in. LCD monitor sports an award-winning design
 
NEC-Mitsubishi has added another product to its range of LCD monitors. The NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX is 20in. model that offers a native resolution 1600x1200, brightness of 250cd/m2, contrast ratio of 400:1, and 16ms response time. Designed for those looking for a large active screen area with 'excellent' picture quality, the monitor also integrates a USB 2.0 hub with four ports and supports optional clip-on 2-Watt stereo speakers (with integrated headphone socket). In terms of design, the NEC MultiSync 70s range have been specially developed for traditional office applications in the corporate and small and medium sized business sectors. The modern case with a silver front trim - available in white or black - is characterised by a completely new design. The forward angled, fully adjustable stand gives the monitor a unique appearance, and cables are hidden neatly beneath a cover at the rear.

Thanks to its simple and intuitive operation, using the recently developed S-IPS Panel with OSD and NaViKey as well as its optimum height adjustability thanks to Ergo-Design, users of the NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX can easily adjust the screen to suit their personal needs.

Specially designed for the presentation of graphics, images or video data, the NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX uses DVM (Dynamic Visual Mode) to provide three types of display, with a visible improvement in picture quality compared to similar screens. The elegant design also provides a vast number of practical advantages: on the left of the frame, there is a concealed USB hub with four ports, and the finely designed, round monitor stand hides the cables.

To make operation as simple as possible, the NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX provides a plug-and-play system for the easy installation and adjustment of all parameters using a recently developed OSD (On Screen Display): All settings can be selected by pressing a key and quickly and easily adjusted using NaViKey. Similar in appearance and use to a joystick, NaViKey permits intuitive fine-tuning of all parameters using a button that can be moved in four directions, where the settings can be easily checked using templates.

The NaViSetTM control software enables adjustments to be made using a keyboard or mouse, or alternatively, parameters can be centrally adjusted via a network using NaViSetTM Administrator.

A factor that is particularly important in the office sector is the ergonomy of a monitor. In this respect, the NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX with its Ergo-Design appeals to users with its height adjustability of up to 110 mm as well as its tilt and swivel features, which makes it possible for the user to adjust the screen to meet his or her own personal requirements. For presentation purposes, the NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX can also be wall-mounted.

Economic viability is particularly important in the office sector. The NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX also offers the opportunity, thanks to its low power consumption, for the monitor to be switched off after a given time, using an integrated timer as well as the vacation Switch, which completely deactivates the monitor when it has not been used for a long time.

The NEC MultiSync LCD2070NX has a screen diagonal of 20in., can display 16.7 million colours and has a maximum resolution of 1600x1200 pixels, enabling an extensive range of information to be presented clearly and legibly.
