Thanks to an adjustable clamp integrated into the foot of these three new Web cameras they can be attached to every LCD or CRT monitor, allowing you to quickly and easily chat using programs such as the popular MSN Messenger.
Whether you use a large monitor, a small monitor, an LCD monitor or the monitor of a laptop, Trust's new Web cams also have a rotating mechanism that allows the eye of the Web cameras to be rotated in any direction. All three models are designed for basic video-conferencing and chatting.
The WB-3500T Webcam is a USB 2.0 model (£29.99 inc. VAT) that has been designed for fast chatting. It also allows you to take still photographs up to 640x480 pixels and record short video clips. It offers a manual focus, which has a focus range of 5cm to infinity, and its integrated snapshot button can be used to take and send digital photographs. Automatic white balance setting and gain control are also included.
The other two models in the new line are similar, but the mid-range WB-3400T Webcam (£14.99 inc. VAT) is a USB 1.1 Web camera (640x480 pixels) and the low-end WB-1400T Webcam (£9.99 ex. VAT) offers a resolution of just 352x288 pixels. All three models come supplied with a CD-ROM containing drivers, software and a multi-language instruction manual and will be available from the middle of August.
