Eclipse Internet Rewards Top Customer With 10 Years Free Broadband

To celebrate its tenth year in business, Eclipse Internet has awarded its first and most loyal customer with a free unlimited 2Mbit/s broadband Internet connection for the next ten years (worth around £3600).

Nigel Kendal-Ward signed up to Eclipse's dial-up service in 1995 when he wanted to keep up with the latest technology at home. 'As I live in Exeter, I became aware that Eclipse as a local company, was starting to promote its new dial-up service - so I thought I would give them a try. If it didn't work, at least I could go and knock on their door!'

During the last ten years, Nigel's home and business Internet requirements have changed and Eclipse has been able to assist him at every step - offering the most suitable solution for his usage. Mark Lang, founder of Eclipse Internet, said, 'We're delighted that Nigel has stayed loyal to us throughout our first ten years and that he's found that our service has met both his business and home needs. It is my privilege to offer Nigel a free broadband Internet connection for the next ten years and we look forward to working with him in the future.'

Nigel added: 'The Eclipse service I have received in the past has been second to none, from the general connectivity to resolving issues with connection even when it wasn't their fault. Eclipse has proved throughout the time I've been with them that they are prepared to make sure that their customers are 100 per cent satisfied with the service they receive.'
