BenQ has expanded its digital camera line-up with a new addition, the DC E600.
Sporting a 6-Megapixel CCD, the camera also includes a 3x optical zoom, 3D-rotating lens with a sliding lens design (which shortens the zoom in and zoom out time), 2.5-inch LTPS LCD display, Panoramic Focus mode and a clean, compact design.
Equipped with a 3D-rotating lens, BenQs DC E600 (92x25x60mm, 135g) is able to perform zoom in/out at a faster speed, claims the company.
The Panoramic Focus mode should mean that you no longer have to focus in advance in order to have clear images taken, providing you with a more convenient, time-saving shooting option.
In addition, the DC E600 comes fitted with BenQs exclusive Easy Dial User Interface, a convenient printer mode with 24MB of built-in memory, microphone and speaker allowing you to print photos via compatible printers without connecting to a computer.
Other key features of the attractive camera include a F=5.8-17.4mm (35mm film equivalent: 35- to 105mm) lens with F2.7/F5.2 aperture, and focusing range of 40cm to infinity. Theres a 4x digital zoom too, along with 1/2000 to 2s shutter speed, and built-in flash.
ISO settings are low however, at just ISO Auto/100/200/400. White balance modes comprise Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Tungsten, Fluorescent, and short movies are supported at 640x480 (30fps) in MJPEG mode. Images are stored onto SD cards and juice comes in the form of a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery.
