Foxconn Debuts Fox One

Foxconn has announced the release of its latest in a line of motherboards featuring the new Intel 975X chipset.

Pitched for the extreme performance and hardcore gamers segment, the 975X7AA-8EKRS2 allows you to tweak your PC with confidence, thanks to the integration of Foxconn’s exclusive ‘Fox One’ central control system.

The state-of-the-art ‘Fox One’ central control system is designed exclusively for Foxconn motherboards. The system relies on both a dedicated on-board hardware chip and system software for enabling Windows-based control.

Fox One enables the automatic monitoring of a PC’s system status - including system frequencies, voltages and temperatures, and the automatic and intelligent adjustment of major system components to improve both system performance and power efficiency. Extensive manual settings (‘tuner settings’) are also provided.

To keep up with demands of gamers who demand the highest video quality, the Foxconn 975X7AA-8EKRS2’s advanced motherboard design supports dual, PCI-Express graphic card technologies such as ‘ATI’s CrossFire’.

The 975X7AA-8EKRS2 is SATA II ready enabling super fast data transfer with four internal connectors as well as a rear I/O external connector for user’s convenience. Foxconn has complimented the 975X7AA-8EKRS2 advance features, by adding seven super technologies and humanity technologies allowing you to customise, modify, personalise and backup your motherboard settings.

The Foxconn 975X7AA-8EKRS2 will be available in the channel in mid April with an RRP of £135.
